How do I ship the package back?Updated a month ago

Once you get an email saying that your return was accepted, you will also receive a return label.

If you received a prepaid label:

1. Pack the items in the original box or a suitable alternative - note orange boot boxes NEED and outer box to be shipped in. If the original package returns damages, the boots will be sent back and no refund will be given.
2. Print and attach the return label
3. Drop it off at a shipping store or schedule a pickup
4. Keep your receipt and tracking information
